GroHappy has started 2019 strong by winning a Career Development Institute (CDI) Award. The awards, run by the Career Development Institute, saw the highest number of entries this year. It celebrates and showcases the best practices in career development across the UK, through the annual awards. GroHappy was shortlisted in the “Best Practice in Use of Technology in Career Development” alongside two other contenders: Careers Wales and East Barnet School.
The results of the awards were announced at the awards ceremony in Leeds on March 6th 2019.
The news comes after a successful few months for GroHappy. Working with even more leading professional services firms and launching the latest version of the GroHappy platform. GroHappy’s win really pays testament to the hard work of the entire team and progress made.
Further highlighting this are some of the results that GroHappy’s clients are reporting from using the platform. One major professional services firm has boosted retention amongst junior employees due to a GroHappy Career Programme. Advisory company Anthemis has supported its employees in career development and provided better career coaching through GroHappy’s technology-enabled approach. Meanwhile, Wonderbly has used GroHappy to help its employees fully explore their career aspirations.
The CDI is a UK-wide professional body for everyone working in career education, guidance, coaching, career management and consultancy. It aims to be a single voice for the career development sector, supporting its members with developing their skills and knowledge, undertaking research and keeping up-to-date with new developments.
