Featuring a white Cree LED that delivers superb performance, the maximum output for this high visibility torch is 1100 lumens, with a run-time of 4 hours, 30 minutes from the included 18650 2600 mAh lithium-ion rechargeable battery. Three brightness levels as well as a strobe setting are available. A single press of the tail switch cycles through the modes in the order of high, mid, low, strobe and off. If in any mode longer than 10 seconds, the next press will turn the torch off. The battery is charged inside the FL-11R via the micro USB port located on the neck of the torch. Reveal the port by lifting the dust cover and then simply plug the included micro USB cable into the charging port and the other end into a computer/laptop or a suitable USB adaptor. An LED indicator next to the charging port will turn red while charging is in progress and will turn green once charging is complete. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours with the included battery and will take longer if you use a higher capacity battery. The LED indicator also shows when the battery status by displaying a red light when the battery reaches medium power and then flashing red when the battery reaches low power and needs charging. The rubberised micro tail switch and USB dust cover are neon yellow so that the torch is easier to spot in the dark, while the included lanyard and holster provide easy carrying of the FL-11R.
